During our 1-1 guided breathwork session, we guide you to tap into your body’s natural healing ability, listening to the language of the body to release deep-rooted tension and emotional blocks. Whether you're looking for breathwork for trauma, breathwork for calm, or breathwork for sleep, our trauma-informed, science-backed approach empowers you to find profound relief and transformation.

Private Breakthrough Experiences
Lynsey, an Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, has guided thousands through profound transformations. Specialising in trauma, she intuitively addresses the root causes of tension through healing breathwork and science-backed techniques. A private breathwork session offers profound shifts and immediate relief, often life-changing. For an immersive experience, a 1:1 breathwork session with Lynsey provides focused attention and transformative results. We offer breathwork private sessions in Sydney, delivering the same depth of transformation. If Lynsey is unavailable, our trained facilitators provide in-person breathwork training and sessions.

Each session helps you connect with your breath and tap into your body’s natural ability to release tension, process emotions, and access deep healing. Your first session will last 1 hour and 45 minutes, during which you may experience a safe physical or emotional release.
Everyone experiences it differently, and the body can respond in many ways. We encourage you to trust your body and how it naturally wants to unwind. Most people describe feeling 'light and free' after a session.
Absolutely! Our sessions are designed to be accessible for all experience levels, whether you’re new or seasoned.
Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, allowing time for deep work and post-session integration.
