Beautiful souls ~ come and surrender to your breath for the evening, be held in presence with beautiful group of sisters, and let the magic unfold.
The intention is to create a very special intimate gathering of maximum 8 ladies to come, connect and experience the wonderful magic that happens when we do our Breathwork together, in circle.
In this session, your Breathwork Facilitator, Lynsey Chan will guide you through a sensual and supported Conscious Breathwork journey combined with music, essential oils and sound. Lynsey is passionate about holding this space for women. The invitation is to go deep, explore and trust the body to release what it needs to. Each month we work with a diffierent theme, and them release it as we go into the breathwork, knowing the body provides us the exact expereince it needs.
This is not a meditation group. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a very activating style that allows for a powerful release of emotion, energy and toxins and very effectively restores and rebalances the body. It is one of the most powerful healing techniques of our time where you are able to reconnect to your body's energetic system to cycle and release stored and stuck energy in the body in a safe way.

The process sounds very simple and profound, and it is! The space allows for the breath to connect to the body and allows for its own innate intelligence do it's thing!
Whether you are trying Breath-work for the first time or going deeper in your practice, you are welcome to join us for this beautiful experience.
We will be supported by the beautifully healing Perfect Unison centre, a supportive, intimate room where a lot of healing, expansion and connection occurs.

Please have a light dinner at least 1 hour earlier but nothing too heavy.
Please bring with you: Water, Journal if you'd like to document your experience. Blankets, mats and bolsters provided. You are also invited to bring a personal item to place on our alter.
