What’s all this fuss around breathwork about?!
Our breath is a powerful connection point—linking our conscious and subconscious minds, calming our nervous system, and bridging the logic of our head with the feelings of our heart.
Through intentional breathing, we can access deeper layers of ourselves, whether it’s supporting our physical health, processing emotions, clearing mental clutter, or balancing our energy.
It’s simple but transformative—our breath holds the key to so much within us.
ABOUT RHYTHM OF BREATH
We offer a holistic approach to breathwork, supporting health, wellness, and also personal evolution. We also specialise in teaching you how to find harmony and balance in your body through combining the science of breathing, Transformational Breathwork, and Somatic healing, giving you a chance to release old blockages and increase energy and trauma. This opportunity allows more of our natural life-force experience, such as inspiration, focus, clarity, and vitality.
The deepest experience of reconnection we can wish for, so we can thrive through life as a whole being, living as optimally and authentically as we can.

Lynsey Chan is Breathwork Facilitator & Somatic Therapist and the Founder of Rhythm of Breath. Her role is to support others to reach optimal health, safely release trauma and meet their potential through life. Rhythm of Breath is a global Breathwork practice that trains leaders, practioners and therapists across the world in Breathwork & Somatic healing. We are passionate about empowering the world to transform.

PREPARE YOUR SPACE:
Prepare a matt or place to lie down (preferably not your bed so you dont fall asleep!)
Full internet, privacy, we recommend you have a space to relax and integrate afterward our sessions (no busy plans)
Water, warm clothing or blanket
We recommend headphones if possible as will be sharing some sound to support your experience.
