Our body is where we hold emotions, memories and stories that often we don’t have words for.
It is also where we can access our fullest potential for everything we desire in life.
In this deep journey Lynsey and Guests will offer a safe container for you to reconnect with the true power of your most natural medicines, your breath, sound, sensations to shift our mental stories around what we are carrying so that you may begin to leave it behind.
Together, we will gently break through to reach higher states where peace, embodiment, reconnection, love, joy, personal power, ecstasy, clarity and flow all live.
The invitation is to allow yourself to let go of your mind for the evening, surrender and receive:
~ A SENSORIAL SOUND JOURNEY made of primordial sounds to facilitate the contact of unconscious memories still present in our body-mind connection, therefore here the possibility to expand the vastness of your inner being
~ ANCIENT SOUND MEDICINE of variety of ancient instruments and modern sound healing approaches to help you rebalance your body and nervous system
~ A TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK JOURNEY that works with your nervous system and psyche to invite sensations and emotion to be processed thus leaving space to imprint higher vibrational experiences
~ GUIDED GENTLE SUBTLE MOVEMENTS to bring awareness to the intimate connection present between psyche, emotions, sensations and movements

Lynsey is a highly experienced trauma informed, Somatic practitioner in supporting people to move through memories, stuck emotions to discover a new sense of acceptance therefore meeting the potential in their life. Lynsey and those she chooses to collaborate with have many years of working in this field of work and passionate about creating a safe container for your journeys.
