Lynsey Chan is the visionary behind Rhythm of Breath, bringing a heartfelt passion for helping people break free from trauma and step into their highest potential. With a background spanning many breathwork modalities, Lynsey combines her deep, expressive knowledge with over 20 years of corporate coaching, where she guided leaders and businesses toward achieving human potential.
Her journey began with a degree in Psychology and evolved into mastery of NLP, Hypnosis, Gestalt Therapy, and EFT—all scientifically backed methods that empower personal transformation. Lynsey’s work blends the best of these modalities with personal connection, creating powerful, life-changing experiences for those ready to grow. She fosters authentic, lasting connections and guides others toward profound healing.
A natural collaborator, Lynsey thrives on creating transformative experiences for others to live their best life. She also loves to travel, share laughter, and embrace life with those closest to her.
Simi Gosling
Simi, a Holistic Counsellor and Social Media Marketing expert, brings deep expertise in trauma work, somatics, and nervous system healing. Her experience with mental health fuels her passion for making transformative wellness practices accessible to many. As Rhythm of Breath's business partner, she drives our global reach, educating and empowering through online platforms and courses.
Fiona Noonan
Fiona, our Senior Facilitator, brings over 20 years of expertise in Pranayama, Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork. With a passion for making breathwork accessible to all, she empowers individuals through her light-hearted, yet deeply transformative teaching. Fiona leads retreats and corporate workshops, guiding others to reduce stress and embrace healing.
Chris Sulfa
Chris, is a multi-certified Breathwork Facilitator with a focus on stress management and resilience for our modern lives. Chris values science-backed breathing techniques, advocates massively for community, mens mental health, connection and teaching in a way that is relatable and practical. Head Breath Coach at One Playground, is also a creative Consultant in the corporate, PT and gym space, including design of breathing apps and wellness journeys.
Jaclyn Carlson
Jac, a Mother Mentor, Parent Coach, and Rhythm of Breath Breathwork Facilitator, brings over two decades of corporate experience in digital marketing and coaching. Passionate about empowering women through the challenges of motherhood, she offers global support through coaching services, online programs, and community events.
Timmy Noad
Timmy, a Breath Science Practitioner, Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, and XPT Breath Performance Coach, brings extensive expertise in mental, emotional, and physical performance. With certifications in movement and bodywork, his holistic approach helps individuals excel under pressure and achieve peak results.
