Lynsey Chan (Our Founder)

Lynsey Chan is the visionary behind Rhythm of Breath, bringing a heartfelt passion for helping people break free from trauma and step into their highest potential. With a background spanning many breathwork modalities, Lynsey combines her deep, expressive knowledge with over 20 years of corporate coaching, where she guided leaders and businesses toward achieving human potential.

Her journey began with a degree in Psychology and evolved into mastery of NLP, Hypnosis, Gestalt Therapy, and EFT—all scientifically backed methods that empower personal transformation. Lynsey’s work blends the best of these modalities with personal connection, creating powerful, life-changing experiences for those ready to grow. She fosters authentic, lasting connections and guides others toward profound healing.

A natural collaborator, Lynsey thrives on creating transformative experiences for others to live their best life. She also loves to travel, share laughter, and embrace life with those closest to her.

Chris Sulfa

Chris, is a multi-certified Breathwork Facilitator with a focus on stress management and resilience for our modern lives. Chris values science-backed breathing techniques, advocates massively for community, mens mental health, connection  and teaching in a way that is relatable and practical. Head Breath Coach at One Playground, is also a creative Consultant in the corporate, PT and gym space, including design of breathing apps  and wellness journeys.

Fiona Noonan

Fiona, our Senior Facilitator, brings over 20 years of expertise in Pranayama, Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork. With a passion for making breathwork accessible to all, she empowers individuals through her light-hearted, yet deeply transformative teaching. Fiona leads retreats and corporate workshops, guiding others to reduce stress and embrace healing.

Trudi Bannister

Trudi is a holistic psychologist, facilitator of psychedelics and breathwork integration, and a Board Member of Mind Medicine Australia. Passionate about training the next generation of practitioners, she teaches trauma-informed space holding, nervous system awareness, and the art of supporting participants to deeply integrate transformational experiences into lasting change.

Imogen Carn

Imogen is an educator and business manager for Rhythm of Breath. She is also an author and certified Somatic and Breathwork Facilitator with a deep interest in nervous system regulation and trauma healing. With years of experience in storytelling, social media, and community building, Imogen is the Co-Founder of Good Mourning, a global platform and podcast driving honest conversations around grief and trauma.

Timmy Noad

Timmy, a Breath Science Practitioner, Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, and XPT Breath Performance Coach, brings extensive expertise in mental, emotional, and physical performance. With certifications in movement and bodywork, his holistic approach helps individuals excel under pressure and achieve peak results.

Jackie Verinder

Jackie is an advanced Breathwork Facilitator and business woman with a deep respect for the wisdom of the body and its innate capacity to heal. She works closely with her clients to support greater self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing, helping them unlock their full potential and move through life with more ease and confidence.
