While every journey is unique to each client, it is a common experience to see clients shift from releasing the past to becoming more present and safe in the moment.

Being safe in the moment does not mean we are perfectly regulated all the time, it means we are safe to experience what is happening without attaching old stories and narratives to it. Our emotional responses are appropriate to the situation, and we find ourselves reaching for tools such as daily techniques to support this process!
